Speedfol™ Zn SC

Speedfol™ Zn SC is a highly concentrated source of zinc to be used in a foliar spray to prevent and correct zinc deficiency imbalances. Its application will result in improved vegetative and generative development.

Zinc (Zn) is a component in many enzyme systems that function as part of electron transfer systems and in protein synthesis and degradation. Zinc stimulates the vegetative growth of the plant through its role in the formation of tryptophan. Tryptophan is a precursor of Indole Acetic Acid (IAA), inducing auxin formation.

Auxins stimulate cell elongation, flower formation, fruit set and growth (more calibre), the formation of adventitious roots and downward root growth in response to gravity.

  • For optimum results, Speedfol™ Zn SC should be used on a programme basis in combination with the other Speedfol™, Ultrasol™ and/or Qrop™ products.

Speedfol™ Zn SC is a suspension concentrate formulation that contains a highly concentrated zinc solution, which means that only a small quantity of product is needed to supply the desired amount of nutrients.

The built-in adjuvants favour a fast absorption of all nutrients in the formulation, reducing the risk of early wash-off by rainfall.

It does not contain chloride and heavy metals, thus minimising the risk of contamination, scorching or phytotoxicity.

Speedfol™ Zn SC conforms to the EPA, EUREPGAP and GAP norms for foliar plant nutrition.
